Payment terms are set out in your written quote and accompanying contract. Deposits and progress payments may apply on larger projects.

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms — including duration and coverage — are set out in your written quote. Manufacturer warranties on paint products apply separately and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by Dan's Decorating or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially use any content without our prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Dan's Decorating is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
